Problem getting solid object SketchUp SketchUp Community
I can select the object, which gives a blue outline. When I click the pull tool, the object becomes un-selected. When I move the pull tool over faces of other objects, the face becomes selected with blue dots on the face. But for my object, it's face is never selected. No blue dots. I'm guessing this is because, it is not a closed object.

There are internal faces and edges being shared by more than two faces. You could go through the text and fix the bad bits but it might be easier to choose a better font.
